 Peeled small shrimp
 1 lb
 Crawfish tails
 3/4 Sticks butter
 tb Minced garlic
 tb Chopped onions
 tb Honey
 ts Salt
 ds Tabasco sauce
 Salt to taste
 Red & black pepper to taste
 Slice pork loin down center. Season well with salt, red pepper and
 Heat 3/4 stick of butter in saucepan. Saute 1/2 cup green onions,

 Prepare basting sauce by heating together 1/2 stick butter, 1

tablespoons water. After loin begins to brown, baste every 10 minutes. chopped onions, 1/4 cup green onions and 1/4 cup parsley, saute five minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 dash Tabasco sauce, 2 dashes
Worchestershire sauce, shrimp and 1/4 pound crawfish tails. Saute 5 minutes. Add whipping cream and saute 3 minutes.
