 6 lb
 Single beef brisket
 3/4 c
 Brown sugar
 2 large
 Onions, sliced
 1/4 tsp
 Pepper
 1/2 c
 Vinegar
 1 cl
 Garlic, minced
 1 c
 Catsup
 1 c
 Water
 1 Tbs
 Salt

Instructions:

Place brisket in heavy skillet and brown on all sides, add onion and garlic and brown. All other ingredients are now added simmered (covered) until meat is tender, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Randy Rigg
