Ingredients

 8 oz
 Fettuccine;uncooked
 6 Tbs
 Grated parmesan
 2 Tbs
 Parsley; chopped
 1/4 c
 Butter or margarine
 1/4 c
 Onion; finely chopped
 1/2 c
 Peas; frozen
 1 package
 Smoked sausage or Kielbasa
 1 c
 Carrots, zucchini, red pep.
 1 c
 Heavy cream
 1 
 Clove garlic; minced
  
 Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Cook fettuccine and keep warm. Saute garlic and onion in large skillet with butter until tender. Add peas and the cup of mixed vegetables that have been cut into thin strips and cook until done.
(5 minutes) Set aside. Cut sausage into bite size slices. Brown sausage and drain on paper towels. Combine sausage, vegetables, and cream. Heat through, but do not boil. Stir in parsley, cheese, salt, pepper. Serve over fettuccine. Sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese,
