Title: MEATBALLS IN CHIPOTLE SAUCE

chipotle sauce *
1 LB ground beef
1 LB ground pork
2 eggs large
1/2 C dry bread crumbs
1/2 C milk
2 TB onion finely chopped
2 TB fresh cilantro snipped
2 TS salt
1/2 TS pepper

Instructions:

* See Sowest 2 for recipe. Prepare Chipotle Sauce and set aside. Mix
remaining ingredients together and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
Heat sauce and meatballs to boiling; then reduce the heat. Cover and
simmer until meatballs are done, about 20 minutes. Serve with hot
cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
