Ingredients

 Baked patty shells
6 oz
 Cooked crabmeat
6 oz
 Cooked shrimp
6 oz
 Cooked lobster

 Dijon style mustard
3 c
 Half and half cream
3 Tbs
 Butter or margarine
3 Tbs
 Flour
125 tsp
 Cayenne pepper
125 tsp
 Nutmeg
1/4 tsp
 Paprika
1/4 c
 Dry sherry
1/2 tsp
 Salt



Instructions:

In a medium saucepan,melt butter.Mix in flour.Cook 2 to 3 minutes.Add mustard,paprika,cayenne pepper,nutmeg and salt.Slowly,mix
in cream.Cook,stirring until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.Stir in sherry and seafood,cut into bite size pieces.Fill patty shells.
