In 3-quart microwave-safe casserole combine sausage, oil, onion and garlic. Cover loosely with plastic wrap; cook on High 7 to 9 minutes
or until sausage is cooked, stirring twice to break up meat. Stir in potatoes, green pepper, basil, salt and pepper. Re-cover; cook on High 14 to 16 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in tomatoes and parsley. Re-cover; let stand 5 minutes .
Makes 4 servings.
