 Lemons, peeled, sliced thin

 Lemon rind, fresh grated
1/4 tsp
 Salt
1/2 c
 Cold water
1 1/2 c
 Sugar

 Pastry shell *



Instructions:

* Make triangular sections for top - dust with sugar and nutmeg. Bake
Mix all ingredients and pour into the unbaked pastry shell. Bake at
400 deg F for 25 min. Add the prebaked triangular sections and bake another 10 min.
