Ingredients

2 Tbs
 Light cream or milk
 Eggs
125 tsp
 Salt
1 Tbs
 Butter or margarine
 
 Few grains pepper



Instructions:

1. Melt butter in a heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl in Micro- wave Oven 15 seconds. 2. Beat remaining ingredients until well-blended. Pour egg mixture into bowl. 3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 30 seconds. Stir. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stir- ring after each 30 seconds. 5. Stop cooking eggs when they are slightly softer than desired, as they will continue to cook after they are removed from the Microwave Oven. Allow to stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
